Import inventory

Already have a list? Bring it in from a spreadsheet — no re-typing.

Bring in a spreadsheet

Export your current inventory as a CSV or Excel file and upload it to GoodsCount. Then match each column of your file — name, quantity, price, and more — to a field, once. Exports from some apps are recognized, and their columns are matched for you.

Folders and structure

When GoodsCount recognizes the export, folders from your old system come in as Spaces, and what was in them as Goods — so the way you already organized everything is preserved. From any other file, your goods arrive at the top level, ready to move into spaces.

Switching from another tool? Drop its export in and check the review before you finish — nothing is saved until you confirm. Prefer a hand? Contact our support team and we will import the file for you.
